Inside Hanger 41

Our hangar is the heart of RAA-Toronto — a spacious, fully equipped facility where members can build and maintain their aircraft. It also serves as a gathering place for hands-on workshops, social events, and sharing the passion for recreational aviation.

HANDS ON

The RAA-Toronto hangar is more than just a storage space — it’s a fully functional workshop and a hub for hands-on aviation activity. Members have access to an impressive selection of tools and equipment, including a milling machine, lathe, sheet metal shears, metal band saws, an English wheel, sanding stations, and various hand tools. Whether you’re building from plans, restoring a vintage aircraft, or just tackling a weekend maintenance task, the hangar provides the resources and space you need. It’s also a place to learn from others, share knowledge, and be part of a community that builds and flies together.
